Welcome Back Tiger Families!

The 2020-2021 school year is going to look a little different, but Kathy and I are devoted to making sure that every child stays active as we move through the school year. We will begin the school year virtually. Visit our blog weekly for activities that will keep your child moving and active. Last year's activities and brain breaks are located in the archive pages for you to access. Once the school year begins, we will post new activities and lessons for your child(ren) to incorporate into his/ her learning week. We hope that virtual learners find all the activities useful and fun. Please email Mrs. Smarr or Mr. Theriault with any questions. Welcome back Tiger Families. We missed you all!

Tritt Physical Education Digital Learning

Parents and Students,

Mrs. Smarr and Mr. Theriault would like to welcome you to our Physical Education Blog. We will post weekly movement activities that will get your child or children up and active each day during your time at home. We recommend that your child incorporates at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily. In-between your child's learning, take movement breaks each day. Go Noodle is a great resource to take quick brain breaks and they're FUN!!! Each Digital Learning page will have Brain Break videos for you to incorporate into your child's day. We hope you find them useful and fun.

Click on your grade levels in the menu bar above to see the recommended weekly movement activities or exercises your child can complete during his/ her digital learning. Under each page you will find a sub-page where you will choose new weekly resources and movement activities to complete at home. You may navigate these weeks however you'd like.

If you have any questions at all please e-mail either/ or Mrs. Smarr and Mr. Theriault.

Please e-mail Mr. Theriault or Mrs. Smarr all your pictures detailing your exercise and movement during your digital learning and we will post them in our P.E. Photo Gallery.
